At Jogwaya Farm, we acknowledge that Poultry farming in Uganda is  a highly profitable, high-demand agribusiness, with chickens laying hundreds of eggs annually. Jogwaya farm has layers and indigenous breeds, which are dual-purpose and hardy.

Our housing capacity is 50,000 birds. The construction of a brooder and hatchery are underway. We rear layers and local birds for eggs, meat and manure. These offer a stream of income through the sale of eggs, meat and manure which is utilized as organic fertilizer.
